We process this data to review your advertisement, prepare the sponsorship agreement and invoice, and administer the campaign (performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps), and to meet accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider acting as processor. Approved sponsor names, logos, descriptions and links are published publicly on the Sponsor Wall and sponsor profile pages — that is the purpose of the sponsorship.

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months. Contract and invoicing records are kept for the statutory retention period.

We use only the technical storage required to run the site and, for administrators, to keep a signed-in session. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
