Your rights depend on whether you sponsor as a company or as a private individual. We ask this during checkout and apply the corresponding rules.
Business customer or consumer
During checkout you state whether you are purchasing as a company / business or as a private individual. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers are not waived automatically, and the applicable cancellation flow follows your legal status and the law that applies to your order.
Business customers
Cancellation follows the sponsorship agreement: the campaign stage, work already performed, custom production already commissioned and the agreed payment schedule determine what is still cancellable and on what terms.
Private individuals
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you receive the required withdrawal information before payment and can exercise the right electronically using the form below or by an unambiguous statement to DrivenByBrands@gmail.com.
Effect of withdrawal or cancellation
Where withdrawal or cancellation is effective, eligible payments are refunded according to the applicable contract and statutory rules. See the refund & campaign policy for the conditions that apply to each campaign stage.

Withdraw contract
Submit an electronic withdrawal request. We record it with a timestamp and confirm by email.
